1. Do you travel for photoshoots?

Yes, we are open to travel for photoshoots. We are available Australia wide and open to travelling to certain countries which can be discussed after enquiring. *travel fees included*

2. Do you help with planning creative sessions?

Yes, if you have a vision or idea whether it be related to a certain movie or theme - we love to help plan the shoot. This will not incorporate us sourcing any items, clothing or props for the shoot.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations must be made outside of 24 hours, the session can be rescheduled or deposit refunded outside of this. Anything under 24 hours will result in no refund for your deposit and another deposit will need to be placed to re-book.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We offer digital files through an online gallery, and we can also send and export specific files for those wanting to print certain photographs - we do not print them or provide albums ourselves.

5. how do i know what type of shoot i should do?

Upon contacting us, our goal is to get to know you and truly capture your essence in the shoot. For example, if you love nature and the beach and flowy clothing, there is no point doing a city shoot in tight jeans. What we are really doing is making the photos represent who you are, which we are happy to help you navigate.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course. We are happy to meet requirements needed for certain shoots or events. As our style solely leans towards a more candid and authentic approach, we will also aim to take these as well.

7. what do i wear for the session?

This will depend on the aesthetic of your shoot but also you as an individual, our goal is to help people wear clothes that don't just look good, but also feel comfortable for more natural and expressive movement during the shoot, without you looking or feeling awkward during it. But always feel free to ask if you need help with this.
